Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic partnership plan that aligns with overall business goals
Research and identify potential partners across industries, markets, and sectors
Initiate discussions and negotiations to establish mutually beneficial partnerships
Foster strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring ongoing communication and alignment of objectives
Manage the budget allocated for partnership initiatives, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
At least 3-5 years proven experience in strategic partnership management, business development, or related roles
Experience of credit card marketing is the most preferable
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective relationship building
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and measure partnership performance
