About the position

This role is a hands-on technical leadership position focused on driving digital transformation within the Supply Chain tech team. The Senior Tech Lead will design and deliver innovative solutions, define product roadmaps, and lead development squads. Responsibilities include writing code, conducting code reviews, enforcing code quality standards, and participating in system architecture design. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to mentor engineering teams while managing technical backlogs.

Responsibilities

Define product roadmaps and delivery timelines

Provide user story backlog sizing and recommendations

Uphold and enforce code quality standards

Actively participate in designing and building complex systems and architectures

Requirements

Strong communication skills in English

Proven experience with backend OOP languages (Java, Golang, Node.js)

Experience with React, Typescript, or Javascript

Experience with relational databases (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL)

Familiarity with GitOps environments (ArgoCD, Kubestack)

Experience with automated code deployment tools (CircleCI, Git Actions, GitLab CI/CD)

Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)

Proven leadership experience guiding engineering teams

Experience with complex systems and open API standards

Nice to have

Experience in supply chain domains such as logistics, warehouse management, procurement, or inventory systems
