About the position
This role focuses on developing and executing communication strategies to enhance the online presence and sales performance of e-commerce clients. The position involves short video production, live-streaming marketing initiatives, and managing influencer and affiliate programs. The role requires acting as a project lead to grow client GMV and revenue while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement communication plans tailored to clients' e-commerce goals and target audiences.
Conceptualize, script, and coordinate to produce short videos that showcase clients' products and services.
Plan and coordinate to execute live streaming campaigns on e-commerce and social platforms.
Develop and manage influencer and affiliate marketing programs to drive awareness, traffic, and sales.
Track and report weekly or monthly on all activities and metrics, making data-driven adjustments.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in communication planning and strategy for e-commerce brands.
Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms and trends; TikTok is preferable.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
