About the position
aCommerce is hiring a freelance Live Operation (Moderator) Specialist in Bangkok to support live commerce streams. The role manages live streaming software such as OBS and TikTok Live Studio across platforms including TikTok Live, Shopee Live, and Lazada Live, monitors streams for technical issues, and resolves disruptions quickly.
The moderator also monitors chat for inappropriate content and community guideline violations, manages comments, assists the live anchor with pre-stream setup and testing, monitors scripts and product information for accuracy, and generates reports on viewership and engagement metrics. Candidates need strong Thai and English proficiency, attention to detail, calm decision-making under pressure, and technical live streaming experience.
Responsibilities
Manage live stream software (OBS, TikTok Live Studio) and platforms (TikTok Live, Shopee Live, Lazada Live) and troubleshoot technical glitches
Monitor live streams for technical issues or disruptions and resolve them swiftly
Monitor chat messages and comments for inappropriate content and manage comments to maintain a positive environment
Assist the live anchor with pre-stream preparations, including equipment setup and software testing
Generate reports on live stream performance metrics (viewership, engagement) for post-analysis
Requirements
Excellent attention to detail and proactive problem identification
Keen eye for inappropriate content and commitment to a positive online environment
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure and make quick decisions
Proficient in Thai and English; technical skills with live streaming software and platforms (OBS, TikTok Live, Shopee Live, Lazada Live a plus)
Nice to have
Graduating from relevant fields of study would be preferred; experience with Shopee Live and Lazada Live is listed as a plus
