This role involves leading strategic paid media planning and execution for top e-commerce clients across Southeast Asia. The Associate Category Head acts as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, overseeing campaign performance and aligning execution with client KPIs like GMV and ROAS. The position requires managing client communications, coordinating with internal specialists, and leveraging platform expertise to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.
Serve as the key strategic contact for assigned e-commerce clients
Lead client communications and performance reviews
Oversee and manage the execution of campaigns across various platforms
Coordinate with MPS to develop strategic media plans
Review and consolidate campaign performance data and reports
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field
6+ years of experience in digital marketing, client servicing, or performance marketing
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of account managers or specialists
Ability to influence internal cross-functional teams and lead high-level discussions with C-suite or Brand Lead clients
Strong ability to leverage data for decision-making and translate complex metrics into executive-level narratives
Deep understanding of online media platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada
Proven track record of managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
