Sertis, a Bangkok-based Data and AI engineering and solutions company, is hiring a Senior Project Manager on a fixed-term contract. The role supports and manages end-to-end IT project delivery across software development, system implementation, and digital platform projects, coordinating scope, timeline, budget, resources, and risks.
Key duties include tracking progress, milestones, and KPIs; facilitating meetings and communication across business, technical, vendor, and partner teams; identifying risks and mitigation plans; maintaining project documentation and plans; and supporting vendor-related activities. Candidates need at least 5 years of IT project management experience, familiarity with SDLC and Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, and good English communication. Thai citizens or nationals only.
Support and manage end-to-end IT project delivery across software development, system implementation, and digital platform projects
Coordinate project scope, timeline, budget, resources, and risks to ensure successful delivery
Track project progress, milestones, and KPIs, and prepare regular project status updates
Facilitate meetings, follow up on action items, and ensure effective communication across project teams
Identify project risks and issues, support mitigation plans, and support vendor-related activities such as reviewing proposals and managing delivery timelines
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in IT project management, project coordination, or technology delivery
Experience supporting software development, system implementation, or digital transformation projects
Familiarity with SDLC and project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
Strong organizational, stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills; good English written and spoken
Hands-on experience with application, software, or superapp projects is a strong plus.
