Senior Consultant role within Deloitte's Enterprise Technology & Performance service line, focused on Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) for the Southeast Asia region. The position involves Level 2/3 Application Managed Services (AMS) support, including incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, problem management, and solution design for medium-to-complex enhancements, as well as project delivery support. Candidates need 4-8 years of hands-on ODI development experience, with additional skills in Unix shell scripting, SQL/PL-SQL, and ideally Oracle Integration Cloud and related Oracle technologies.
Provide Level 2/3 AMS support, performing in-depth production incident troubleshooting and resolution within agreed SLAs
Identify and perform problem management to reduce recurring incidents, presenting root cause analysis and delivering permanent fixes
Lead high-level solution design discussions for medium-to-complex enhancements, including effort estimation, build, test, and delivery
Maintain documentation according to firm standards, best practices, and standard operating procedures
Support project teams in delivering solutions, developing presentations/documentation, and coordinating client communications
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related discipline
4-8 years of hands-on experience in ODI (Oracle Data Integrator) project development
Knowledge or hands-on experience in Unix shell scripting
SQL and PL/SQL experience
Good command of English; willingness to work on client business days/hours and travel/rotate as required
ODI service administration; understanding of Oracle FAH and Financial Reporting; hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud and Visual Builder Cloud Service; knowledge of Rest API, SOAP, OTBI, and Service Oriented Architecture
