Deloitte Southeast Asia is hiring a Consultant for the Enterprise Technology & Performance practice, focused on Oracle Finance Application Managed Services and project delivery. The role involves providing Level 2/3 AMS support, performing root cause analysis, leading solution design for enhancements, and supporting project teams in implementing Oracle Finance solutions across SEA clients.
Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5-8 years of experience with Oracle Cloud and Oracle Fusion Cloud, particularly the Oracle Finance modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, Subledger Accounting, Budgetary Control, Expenses). The position requires strong English communication, stakeholder engagement skills, flexibility for client-based work hours and rotations, and willingness to travel.
Provide Level 2/3 AMS support for escalated production incidents and ensure resolution within agreed SLAs
Perform problem management and root cause analysis to reduce recurring issues
Lead solution design discussions for medium to complex enhancements and deliver within agreed timelines
Maintain documentation according to firm standards and standard operating procedures
Support project teams in delivering Oracle Finance solutions, preparing presentations, and contributing to business development efforts
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics or related discipline
5-8 years' experience with Oracle Cloud as support or implementation team member for Oracle Finance
Knowledge of Oracle Finance modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, Subledger Accounting, Budgetary Control, Expenses)
Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud and integration with related modules
Good command of English; ability to lead discussions and engage stakeholders; willingness to travel and work on client rotations
Basic technical debugging experience; experience delivering solutions on cloud or on-premise platforms; traditional waterfall and/or Agile delivery experience
