T&T Senior Consultant - ETP As A Service/Operate (Oracle Data Integrator/ ODI) - SEA - Deloitte

This role involves providing Level 2 and 3 Application Managed Services (AMS) support, troubleshooting complex production incidents, and performing problem management to reduce recurring issues. The consultant will lead solution design for enhancements, maintain documentation, and participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives. Additionally, the role includes supporting project teams in delivering solutions and contributing to business development efforts. The position requires leading and coaching junior team members while adhering to firm standards and client IT policies.

Provide 2nd or 3rd level AMS support for escalated production incidents

Perform problem management and root cause analysis

Lead solution design for medium to complex enhancements

Maintain documentation according to firm standards

Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives

Support project teams in solution delivery and client communication

Lead and/or coach Analyst and Consultant level members

Contribute to business development efforts

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related disciplines

At least 4-8 years of hands-on experience in ODI (Oracle Data Integrator) Project development

Knowledge or hands-on experience in Unix shell scripting

SQL and PL/SQL experience

Ability to lead discussions and engage stakeholders

Pro-active and resourceful with strong collaboration skills

Willingness to work on rotation basis and travel if required

ODI service administration experience, Oracle FAH (Financial Accounting Hub) and Financial Reporting knowledge
