Deloitte is hiring a Consultant-level Customer Intelligence Engineer in Bangkok to work within Deloitte Digital, focusing on customer experience. The role involves hands-on development of AI-powered customer intelligence systems such as personalization engines, advanced chatbots, sentiment analysis tools, and customer journey optimizers, contributing to technical architecture and implementing advanced AI patterns like RAG, Agentic Architectures, and Function/Tool Calling.
The consultant will collaborate with client stakeholders, designers, and strategists, prototype solutions, evaluate AI models, and ensure quality through rigorous testing. Requirements include expert proficiency in Python or Node.js, experience with Docker, CI/CD, LLM provider APIs, and frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Build Customer-Centric AI Systems such as personalization engines, chatbots, sentiment analysis tools, and customer journey optimizers
Contribute to and influence technical architecture for customer-facing AI solutions
Implement advanced AI patterns including Agentic Architectures, Function/Tool Calling, and RAG
Provide expert guidance on AI model selection and lead technical integration
Design and execute testing strategies to ensure accuracy, reliability, and fairness of customer-facing AI applications
Expert-level proficiency in Python or Node.js with experience deploying production applications using Docker, CI/CD, and testing frameworks
Proven hands-on experience building complex AI applications; customer data platforms, personalization, or martech is a plus
Strong practical understanding of RAG, Agentic Architectures, and Function/Tool Calling
Experience with LLM provider APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) and frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex
Solid understanding of testing LLM-based systems and strong communication skills
Experience with customer data platforms, personalization, or marketing technology
