About the position
This role involves partnering with business stakeholders to structure analytical frameworks and owning projects from scoping to delivery. The position requires building data science solutions using machine learning and AI, measuring impact through experiments, and delivering actionable insights. The role also includes mentoring team members and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders to structure analytical frameworks
Own projects from problem scoping to delivery and impact measurement
Build and apply data science methods including ML and causal inference
Measure business impact through experiments and evaluation methods
Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Explore ML and AI developments to create proof-of-concepts
Manage project progress and support team delivery
Guide and mentor team members on technical work
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Econometrics, or related quantitative field
3-7 years of experience in data science or quantitative modeling
Strong analytical thinking and business acumen
Strong foundation in probability, statistics, ML, and AI
Proficiency in SQL and Python
Excellent communication skills in Thai and English
Strong ownership and collaboration skills
Nice to have
Experience in e-commerce, logistics, marketing data science, or agentic AI
