Procurement Manager - dooDeco (SCG Internal Start Up) - SCG

This role involves managing and developing a purchasing team to meet company goals. The position requires planning and controlling the purchase of goods and materials for interior decoration projects. The manager will source and select suppliers, manufacturers, and installation teams, compare prices, analyze costs, and negotiate terms. Responsibilities include creating and issuing purchase orders and work orders through the company system. The role also entails monitoring installation teams to ensure work follows plans, scope, quality, budget, and timelines. Finally, the manager must coordinate with Project Managers and site teams to plan production, delivery, and installation while tracking and resolving issues in purchasing, production, delivery, and installation.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, business administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of purchasing experience and team management or leadership experience is required. Experience in interior decoration, construction, or furniture is considered a special advantage. The ideal candidate possesses cost analysis, negotiation, and supplier management skills. They must be detail-oriented, have strong coordination abilities, and be able to work under pressure.
