This role sits at the intersection of motion design, visual storytelling, and generative AI. The Motion Designer creates compelling motion and video content for a mass consumer audience, helping evolve how creative is produced, localized, and scaled globally. Responsibilities include owning motion design and animation for campaigns, creating engaging motion graphics and video content across marketing channels, and developing creative concepts that translate brand strategy into compelling experiences. The role also involves leveraging AI-powered creative tools to improve content creation and scaling, and delivering top-quality work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in Motion Design or a related creative discipline, with a strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in motion design and visual storytelling. Advanced proficiency in industry-standard creative tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma is required. Experience creating AI-generated imagery and video for commercial marketing applications using platforms like Veo, Imagen, or similar tools is also necessary.

Own motion design and animation for assigned campaigns and launch moments, from concept through production and delivery.

Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content across marketing channels, formats, and platforms.

Develop creative concepts and visual storytelling solutions that translate brand strategy into compelling consumer experiences.

Collaborate with brand, product marketing, growth, and other stakeholders to bring creative ideas to life.

Leverage AI-powered creative tools across concept development, storyboarding, and production to improve content creation and scaling.

5+ years of experience in Motion Design, Content Creation, Advertising or a related creative discipline.

Outstanding portfolio demonstrating excellence in motion design, visual storytelling, and campaign development.

Strong understanding of design fundamentals, typography, composition, motion principles, and visual storytelling.

Advanced proficiency in industry-standard creative tools including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.

Demonstrated experience creating AI-generated imagery and video for commercial marketing applications using platforms such as Veo, Imagen, Seedance, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, or similar tools.

Filming, photography, and sound recording experience.

Experience with 3D animation, compositing, CGI, or emerging content creation technologies.

Experience creating content for global audiences and adapting creative across different markets.
