About the position
Commercial IT Manager at Suntory Beverage & Food supporting digital platforms for commercial teams across Thailand, Indochina, and regional clusters (Taiwan/Hong Kong and Malaysia/Singapore/Indonesia). The role acts as a technology partner for sales and trade marketing, owning platform performance, support, upgrades, and configuration.
Responsibilities
• Build relationships with sales, trade marketing, and commercial stakeholders to translate needs into solutions
• Coordinate day-to-day support, maintenance, troubleshooting, bug fixes, upgrades, and configuration changes
• Implement and expand digital solutions for customer and consumer engagement
• Serve as link between end users, internal IT teams, regional partners, and vendors
• Coordinate testing, end-user training, documentation, rollout, and change management
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business IT, Engineering, or related
• 5–7 years of experience in commercial IT
• Hands-on understanding of commercial processes and platforms including CRM, distributor management systems, field force solutions
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to connect technology to business outcomes
