Route Engineer - Suntory

The Route Engineer manages distributor digital route-planning processes using Roadnet Territory Planner and Dynamic Dispatching. The role focuses on enhancing distributor model profitability through route design, delivery optimization, and cost efficiency. Responsibilities include customer master data governance and supporting the implementation of Dynamic Dispatching to improve logistics efficiency. The position requires training distributor teams and utilizing route-performance KPIs to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field. At least two years of supervisory or team-leadership experience is required. Experience in route planning, delivery operations, or distributor management is preferred. The role demands strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective interpersonal and stakeholder-management abilities, and good English proficiency. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and own a car.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Good interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder-management skills

Fair command of written and spoken English
