Manager, Biddable Search - WPP Media

This role involves managing biddable search strategies and operations for clients. Responsibilities include diagnosing client situations, developing media proposals, and using proprietary tools to understand consumer behavior. The Manager will handle day-to-day operations, optimize implementation across platforms like Google and Facebook, and manage budgets to maximize return on investment. Additionally, the role requires team management, including training, performance reviews, and assisting in recruitment, while ensuring compliance with internal processes.

Diagnose a client’s current situation and objectives

Develop Media proposals in line with client needs

Grow strong relationships with client-side Senior Management

Ensure SEM efficiencies are made by proper use of tools and integration

Allocate client budgets to maximize return on investment

Minimum 5 years of SEM experience with a strong operational track record

Extensive usage and knowledge of analytical packages e.g. Google Analytics or Omniture

Strategy and implementation of client campaigns across Google AdWords, DoubleClick, Bing Ads, YouTube Ads, Facebook and Instagram Ads

Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong focus on Excel

Account and team management experience

Google Analytics and AdWords Individual Qualifications

Strategic knowledge and implementation of SEO tactics
