Supervisor, Biddable Search - WPP Media

This role is a Supervisor, Biddable Search based in Bangkok, Thailand. The position involves managing a team of Search Executives and Assistants, handling day-to-day operations, and ensuring SEM efficiencies. The role requires developing media proposals, optimizing biddable media platforms, and managing client budgets to maximize return on investment. Key responsibilities include diagnosing client situations, using proprietary tools for consumer behavior analysis, and conducting performance reviews. The role also involves assisting in the recruitment of new team members and ensuring all SEM output is SOX compliant.

Diagnose a client’s current situation and objectives

Develop Media proposals in line with client needs

Grow strong relationships with client-side Senior Management

Ensure SEM efficiencies are made by the proper use of tools and integration

Allocate clients budgets to maximize the client’s return on investment

Minimum 4 years of SEM experience, ideally with strong operational track record

Extensive usage and knowledge of analytical packages e.g. Google Analytics, or Omniture

Strategy and implementation of client campaigns across Google AdWords, DoubleClick, Bing Ads, YouTube Ads, Facebook and Instagram Ads

Google Analytics and AdWords Individual Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Office with a strong focus on Excel (vlook ups, pivot tables, IF functions)

Strategic knowledge and implementation of SEO tactics
