SR&T Manager - Strategy & Business Design - LS/HC - Japanese Client Services - SEA - Deloitte

The position requires managing mixed teams of local and Japanese Client Services members to deliver mid-to-long-term strategies, new market entry concepts, and business model planning. The position demands a leader who can secure projects through proposal activities and drive innovation in a dynamic consulting environment.

Lead projects in a mixed team of local and JCS members

Support project and client development using personal strengths

Manage strategy formulation and implementation support projects

Develop diverse, high-performing people and teams

Collaborate effectively to build productive relationships and networks

Align team to key objectives and set clear priorities

Make informed decisions that positively impact sustainable financial performance

Deep industry knowledge of Life Science or Healthcare

Practical experience at a consulting firm with expertise in Strategy, Core Business Operations, or Marketing/Digital Transformation

Proven track record of contributing to securing projects through proposal activities

Experience in leading projects

Native level Japanese and business level English, or native level English and business level Japanese

In-depth consulting experience in a specific industry (technology, consumer, manufacturing, etc.)
