Manpower Operation (SPX Express) - Shopee

This role manages day-to-day manpower operations for assigned facilities, ensuring timely deployment according to plans. The position involves coordinating with Operations teams and manpower vendors to manage daily requirements, resolve gaps, and support the rollout of processes and initiatives. Key duties include monitoring fulfillment, communicating requirements to vendors, identifying execution issues, and supporting process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Manage day-to-day manpower operations for assigned facilities against confirmed manpower plans and vendor commitments.

Monitor manpower fulfillment and on-time deployment, and coordinate with Operations and vendors to address manpower gaps and short-term requirement changes.

Coordinate with vendors to ensure manpower requirements, timelines, and agreed operating processes are clearly communicated and executed.

Identify and follow up on manpower execution issues and escalate when necessary.

Support the rollout of manpower-related processes, SOPs, and operational initiatives at assigned facilities.

Experience in Operations, Logistics, Warehouse, Manpower Operations, or vendor coordination is preferred.

Good coordination, follow-up, and operational problem-solving skills.

Able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and manage changing or time-sensitive operational requirements.

Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets for data tracking and basic analysis.

Responsible and able to work independently with appropriate guidance.
