Minimum 1 year in data analysis, operations, or workforce planning, ideally in logistics or e-commerce sectors.

Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and advanced Excel for dashboard and database management.

Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.

Prior experience in maintaining and optimizing large-scale databases, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.

Clear and effective reporting of findings to stakeholders and ability to collaborate across teams.
