This role manages livestream Top KOLs and a portfolio of creators on Shopee, focusing on commercial growth, consistent performance, and sustainable creator income. It includes recruiting high-quality creators from competing platforms, supporting participation, and helping KOLs optimize sales and engagement.
The position coordinates campaigns and missions that incentivize consistent livestream activity and provides data-driven insights, product information, and performance tools. Shopee seeks applicants with at least one year of relevant professional experience, although fresh graduates are welcome, and welcomes candidates with project management experience, strong communication, stakeholder coordination, analytical and problem-solving skills, and professional English.
Ensure quality livestream activities and adherence to company guidelines and terms of service
Maintain top-performing KOL performance, sales growth, and engagement outside campaign periods
Develop KOL potential to support sustainable creator income
Recruit and onboard high-quality creators and KOLs from competing platforms
Design campaigns and missions that incentivize consistent KOL activity
At least 1 year of relevant professional working experience; fresh graduates are welcome
Strong communication with business people, designers, and other stakeholders
Ability to coordinate internal teams and external parties
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Professional English skills in reading, writing, listening, and speaking
Experience in project management
