Senior Business Analyst - Agoda

The Senior Business Analyst will work within the Strategy & Analytics team of the Strategic Partnerships department. The role involves conducting analyses to identify growth opportunities and prioritize investment areas in APAC. Responsibilities include leveraging data and tools to analyze performance, managing cross-functional projects, overseeing data infrastructure, preparing performance reports, and optimizing pricing strategies through A/B experiments. The position requires a hybrid work setup in Bangkok with relocation support provided.

Conduct analyses to identify growth opportunities and prioritize investment areas in APAC

Leverage data and tools to analyze Strategic Partnerships performance

Work with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives

Maintain and optimize a performance management system

Oversee SP data infrastructure to ensure accuracy and timeliness

Prepare updates on business performance for senior management

Optimize pricing strategy based on A/B experiments

3+ years of experience in Consulting, Data Analytics, Strategy, Business Development, or Business Intelligence

Proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to solve ambiguous problems

Growth mindset and excitement to work on various functional areas

Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to be hands-on

Experience working in a fast-paced and high-growth environment

Excellent communication skills in English

Ability to write in SQL, ability to use Tableau, Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or Mathematics
