The CEG Data Analytics Intern joins Agoda’s Customer Experience Group data analytics team in Bangkok for a 10-week summer internship from May 24 to July 30, 2027. The intern supports data-driven insight and strategy for business leaders by analyzing customer and booking data, visualizing results, and working on cost-saving, efficiency, predictive analytics, and A/B testing initiatives.
The role involves identifying opportunities to improve Customer Experience Agent productivity and assessing how improved agent performance affects customer satisfaction and loyalty. Applicants must be pursuing a relevant bachelor’s degree, be proficient in SQL and Excel, and demonstrate strong analytical, business, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Experience with Python, R, Tableau, VBA, or standard machine-learning techniques is preferred.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership from customer and booking data.
Identify and conceptualize processes to improve Customer Experience Agent productivity.
Analyze the impact of agent performance on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Work with senior analysts on key projects using advanced analytical tools.
SQL proficiency for extracting data from large databases and developing queries.
Expert Excel skills, including understanding and building complex spreadsheets.
Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and spoken English and communication across levels of seniority and backgrounds.
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, multicultural environment while maintaining attention to detail and data integrity.
Knowledge of Python, R, Tableau, or VBA, and some experience with standard machine-learning techniques. Additional languages are a plus.
