Telesales (Part-time) - OOCA

This role involves contacting companies and organizations to present preliminary information about services such as workshops, seminars, and health programs. The position requires creating interest and screening potential clients, scheduling appointments, and transferring interested leads to the Sales team. Responsibilities include recording interactions and updating customer data in the system using provided databases to find new prospects. The role demands strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to meet daily contact targets.

Contact companies and organizations to present preliminary information about services

Create interest and screen potential clients

Schedule appointments or transfer interested customer data to the Sales team

Record interaction results and update customer information in the system

Use the customer database provided to search for new customer groups

Have good communication skills, be willing to speak, and have good interpersonal skills

Be able to use basic computers, such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Be responsible, punctual, and able to work towards set goals

Experience in Telemarketing, Call Center, Customer Service, or sales is considered an advantage

Interested in customer coordination work and willing to learn company service information
