About the position
OOCA is hiring a Strategic Partnerships & Business Operations Officer based in Pathum Wan, Bangkok, on a full-time basis. The role covers business operations analysis, strategic partnership development, business growth and brand exposure initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Product teams.
Candidates need a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field, plus 1–3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Development, Strategic Planning, or Strategic Partnerships. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
Review and interpret business data, performance reports, and relevant key metrics to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic partnerships aligned with the company's business objectives.
Drive partnership opportunities from discussion to execution, including negotiations and implementation of collaborative projects.
Research and coordinate participation in exhibitions, conferences, trade shows, and industry events to enhance brand awareness.
Work closely with management and cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Product to execute strategic initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Development, Strategic Planning, or Strategic Partnerships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio is an advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with strong project coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
