Clinical Psychologist (Ooca Clinic) Full-Time Only - OOCA

The Clinical Psychologist will evaluate customers, gather their history, and diagnose issues using tests to develop treatment plans. The role involves interviewing customers and performing psychological tests to understand mental health issues. The psychologist will provide psychotherapy and counseling to help individuals understand themselves and change behaviors. The position requires working as part of a multidisciplinary care team and may involve online video calls and on-site work at the Ooca Clinic.

Evaluate customers and gather history

Coordinate with Psychiatrist, Clinic Manager, and other stakeholders

Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely

Participate in clinic marketing activities and service design

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in clinical psychology with a board certified clinical psychologist license

Specialist in child clinical psychology is preferred

Ability to perform IQ test and projective psychological test

Ability to pass a thorough customer’s background check

Strong working knowledge of psychodynamic or case formulation

Superior listening ability and emotional intelligence

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
