Planning & Control Tower - Head Office (Contract) - Shopee

This role is part of the Operations team at Shopee, which manages the end-to-end operational process from buyer search to product delivery. The Planning & Control Tower position focuses on analyzing and monitoring operational KPIs across the region. The role involves supporting manpower planning using models and volume forecasts to meet targets, monitoring fulfillment rates, and preparing productivity reports. It also includes coordinating with relevant teams to ensure workforce availability and supporting the planning and control of warehouse resources like pallets and MHE to ensure readiness for campaigns.

Support manpower planning using manpower models and volume forecasts (daily, weekly, and monthly) to achieve operational KPIs.

Monitor manpower fulfillment rates and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure workforce availability.

Prepare and maintain productivity reports and operational data to support planning and daily operations.

Assist in monitoring arrival curves, fulfillment performance, and related operational data to improve planning accuracy.

Support planning and control of pallets, MHE, and warehouse consumables to ensure operational readiness for campaigns.

Bachelor's Degree in any field

Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.

Proficient in Excel

Strong numerical thinking

Background in e-commerce operations is a plus

Able to communicate effectively with related parties to ensure realistic planning figures and timelines are met
