Big Campaign Management (Shopee) - Marketing - Shopee

This role involves managing Shopee's largest campaigns, including Double Digit, Mid Month, and Payday. The position requires collaborating with Marketing, Business Development, and Business Intelligence teams to design campaign mechanics, manage budgets, and plan communications. The candidate must analyze commercial metrics to optimize performance and identify new buyer-facing initiatives to grow the user base.

Manage end-to-end planning and implementation of Shopee's largest campaigns

Work closely with stakeholders to ideate campaign mechanics, manage budgets, and plan communications

Analyze key commercial/marketing metrics to drive performance optimization

Identify and explore new buyer-facing initiatives

Post performance campaign analysis and deepdive on new initiatives

Minimum of 2 years work experience

Detail-oriented, organized, and can independently manage own tasks

Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills

Good verbal and written communication skills

Proactive and can-do attitude; able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Good command of English

Experience in campaign marketing, e-commerce arm of brands, or business development
