Associate Director, Operations Systems

This role supports specific functional or business areas regarding information system needs. The Associate Director acts as a liaison between information technology and business for developing and implementing new systems and enhancing existing ones. Responsibilities include evaluating new applications, identifying systems requirements, and coordinating with IT departments and vendors to design, implement, and maintain information systems. The role also involves preparing communications and facilitating presentations on system enhancements.
