About the position

This temporary role focuses on driving organizational change initiatives within a major retail and real estate corporation. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Proven experience in organizational development, change management, or business transformation
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Nice to have

  • Experience in the retail, real estate, or FMCG industry is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Certifications in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) are a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
