About the position
You will join the Driver Management team, a core function responsible for managing a supply of over 100,000 drivers across the country. This role requires a balance of strategy, operations, analytics, and stakeholder management to drive partner acquisition in all of Grab Thailand. You will lead the driver acquisition function to support rapid growth in expansion cities and coordinate daily activities with operations, marketing, and city expansion teams.
Your day-to-day work involves initiating strategies for online and offline campaigns to maintain a healthy driver supply. You will design efficient incentive programs and operational flows, working closely with cross-functional teams to execute plans. Additionally, you will manage budgets, track costs from initiatives, and identify key performance parameters to create monitoring dashboards for management.
Responsibilities
- Lead the driver acquisition function to support rapid growth in expansion cities
- Initiate strategies, online/offline campaigns, and execution plans for driver acquisition

- Manage and plan budget allocation while tracking costs from initiatives
- Build presentations to influence senior stakeholders and enable data-driven decision making
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant work experience in business, sales, or technology
- Strong operational and analytical skills with a quantitative discipline
- Ability to articulate complex analyses to diverse audiences and translate them into actionable business insights
- Effective team and project management skills with the ability to cascade clarity around priorities
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with remote working and collaboration tools
- High level of initiative and hunger for success
- Bilingual capabilities in English and Thai
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of SQL is preferred
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking abilities
