Store Sales & Operations Associate

This role focuses on managing daily store operations and driving sales performance within a specific area of responsibility. You will be responsible for executing store activities that directly support gross sales targets. The position requires a strong service-oriented approach to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

You will engage directly with customers to recommend products and provide expert advice, particularly regarding technical items. Additionally, you will handle payment services and manage other assigned operational tasks to ensure smooth store functioning. • Operate day-to-day store activities in assigned areas to support effective gross sales
• Sell products directly in-store, including specific and technical items, to increase sales volume
• Recommend products and provide expert advice to customers to meet expectations and drive sales
• Provide payment services to support store operations and satisfy customer needs
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management
