Structural Engineer (Special Contract)

This role focuses on structural assessment and repair for concrete and steel structures. You will collaborate with expert partners to evaluate damage and design strengthening solutions. The position requires managing repair projects to ensure compliance with standards and safety protocols. You will coordinate with clients, contractors, and supervisors to meet project goals on time. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance to teams and clients regarding structural improvements. The role involves developing solutions for new projects and performing other duties as assigned by management.

• Conduct structural assessments of concrete and steel structures in collaboration with expert partners
• Analyze damage causes and design repair, strengthening, or improvement methods using appropriate materials
• Inspect and control repair work to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards
• Coordinate with customers, contractors, project supervisors, and superiors to achieve project targets within deadlines
• Ensure safety compliance with international safety rules and company standards
• Provide technical advice to teams and customers regarding repair, strengthening, and structural improvements
• Improve and develop ongoing operations, including developing solutions for new projects and assigned tasks

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Civil Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of work experience
• Professional Engineer license (Partner Engineer level or higher)
• Must reside in the Bangkok area and be willing to travel to provinces and internationally for work
• Completion of Head of Work Safety Officer training (basic level) is a plus
• Experience in design and cost estimation or structural repair engineering is a plus
• Proficiency in design software and blueprint writing is a plus
