About the position
This role involves leading organizational transformation initiatives to drive sustainable business outcomes. You will collaborate with stakeholders across various levels to design and implement effective change strategies that align with business objectives. You will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership teams, ensuring that change initiatives are delivered on time and within scope while minimizing resistance from employees.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end change management process for major organizational initiatives
- Conduct impact assessments and develop comprehensive communication plans to engage employees
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to build change readiness and adoption skills
- Monitor adoption metrics and provide regular feedback to leadership on project progress
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with organizational change to ensure smooth transitions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in change management, organizational development, or consulting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive evidence-based decisions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence diverse stakeholder groups
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
Nice to have
- PMP or Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci)
- Experience in the technology or consulting industry
- Fluency in English and Thai
