Sales Executive - LINE MAN EV Rental

Join LINE MAN EV to drive the adoption of clean energy transportation solutions. We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to identify and onboard drivers for our electric vehicle rental program. Your primary focus will be on expanding our user base by connecting with potential drivers and presenting the benefits of our EV rental services. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting and presenting rental packages to onboarding new drivers into the system. This role requires a proactive approach to market expansion and a commitment to building strong relationships with our driver network.

• Identify and approach potential drivers interested in renting LINE MAN EVs for ride-hailing services through online channels, field activities, and networking
• Present rental packages, rates, benefits, and terms to customers in a clear and compelling manner
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including assisting with applications, document preparation, and vehicle handover
• Drive sales performance and achieve monthly rental targets
• Build and maintain relationships with existing drivers to encourage referrals and expand the customer base

• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor and the ability to build rapport quickly
• Proficient in using social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, LINE) for outreach and personal branding
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and willing to work in the field
• Open to candidates with no prior experience who are eager to learn and dedicated to the role
• Experience in automotive sales, vehicle leasing, or ride-hailing driver recruitment is a significant advantage
