Insurance Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Insurance Specialist to join our team in Bangkok. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing insurance-related inquiries and transactions with precision and efficiency. You will act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive accurate information regarding policy coverage, claims, and renewals. The position requires a strong commitment to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of service while adhering to company protocols and regulatory requirements.

Your daily tasks will involve reviewing insurance applications, verifying documentation, and coordinating with underwriters to ensure proper risk assessment. You will also assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management, providing insights into portfolio performance and emerging trends. We are looking for a proactive individual who can identify potential issues early and propose effective solutions to streamline operations and improve client satisfaction.

• Review and process insurance applications and documentation with accuracy
• Verify client information and ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines
• Coordinate with underwriters and claims teams to resolve inquiries efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of policies, endorsements, and transactions
• Prepare and submit reports on portfolio performance and risk analysis
• Assist in the renewal process and ensure timely policy issuance

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field
• Strong understanding of insurance products, policies, and terminology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data entry skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
