About the position
This role focuses on providing exceptional support to merchants using the Ocha application. You will serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries regarding the Point of Sale system, terms of service, and promotional campaigns. The position requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring smooth operations for restaurant partners. You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently and maintain high service standards.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via Facebook Inbox, Shopee Seller, Line@, and Lazada Seller regarding Ocha application usage and promotions
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of Point of Sale system operations and features
- Perform initial troubleshooting for POS hardware and software issues and escalate problems to the appropriate internal departments
- Draft and send clear, professional emails to coordinate with various teams regarding specific customer issues
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Strong willingness to learn with a proactive and service-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to customers
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
- Basic technical knowledge of POS systems
- Basic understanding of restaurant back-end operations
- Basic knowledge of internet networks
Nice to have
- Previous experience in a customer service or related role
- Familiarity with restaurant operations
