Telemarketing Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated Telemarketing Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating and managing outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and promote our financial products. You will work closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions that drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with high-volume calling and possess a strong desire to achieve sales targets.

You will play a key role in expanding our customer base by effectively communicating the value of our insurance and investment products. • Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to generate sales leads
• Present and explain AIA's insurance and investment products to potential customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and follow up on leads

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English fluently
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection
