Responsibilities

  • Monitor project timelines, track progress, and report on status, risks, and potential workarounds
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across different time zones to ensure project alignment and success

Requirements

  • Proven experience migrating users from O365 to Google Workspace or vice versa in an enterprise environment
  • Strong technical understanding of Office 365, Google Workspace, Okta, and Entra ID
  • Demonstrated ability to gather business and technical requirements and scope migration projects with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate project status, timelines, and risks
  • Proven track record of managing stakeholders and maintaining strong team collaboration
