This role involves providing Application Managed Services (AMS) support, specifically Level 2 or Level 3, for SAP or OpenText VIM (Vendor Invoice Management). The position requires troubleshooting medium to complex production incidents, performing root cause analysis, and leading solution design for enhancements. The consultant will also support project implementation, maintain documentation, and participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives. The role requires leading and coaching junior team members and supporting business development efforts.
Render 2nd or 3rd level AMS support for escalated production incidents
Perform problem management to reduce recurring issues and present root cause analysis
Lead solution design for medium to complex enhancements and perform effort estimations
Maintain documentation according to firm standards and best practices
Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives
Support project teams in delivering solution applications and client communications
Lead and/or coach Analyst and Consultant level members
Support business development by contributing to proposals and presentations
At least 3-8 years of experience with SAP or OpenText in VIM (Vendor Invoice Management)
Good knowledge of integration to related modules/sub-modules
Basic technical debugging experience is an added advantage
Certifications in SAP, OpenText, ITIL, or Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE, Agile) are an added advantage
Good command of English; ability to speak other languages is an added advantage
Ability to lead discussions and engage stakeholders
Pro-active and resourceful with the ability to rally team members
Flexibility to work on rotation basis and support after business hours
Ability to travel to client sites if required
ITIL certification, Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE, Agile), basic technical debugging experience, knowledge of other languages (Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia/Indonesia, Thai, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese)
