About the position

This role supports the Product Owner – RGM within Commercial Applications. It is a strong entry point for people who want to grow into data, analytics, or digital product roles, while working on real commercial tools used by senior decisionmakers. The position focuses on the intersection of Commercial, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), and Digital. The analyst helps shape how advanced forecasting and scenario-planning tools are designed, supported, and used in practice, starting with branded ambient seafood portfolio and scaling to co-manufacturing pet food and frozen seafood. The role involves translating real-world commercial processes into digital solutions and ensuring tools run smoothly.

Responsibilities

Learn how commercial and RGM teams build forecasts, set prices, plan promotions, and manage mix and trade terms

Capture how users interact with RGM tools, from inputs and assumptions to scenarios and decisions

Help translate real-world commercial processes into clear, structured digital processes

Support testing and validation by checking whether outputs make sense from a commercial perspective

Help keep RGM digital tools running smoothly after go-live

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field

Strong interest in data, analytics, pricing, or digital tools

Structured thinking and curiosity about how things work

Confidence asking questions and working with different stakeholders

Professional working level of English

Nice to have

Exposure to data or analytics tools

Interest in RGM, pricing, promotions, or FMCG/CPG commercial processes

Experience from internships, projects, or university coursework

Curiosity about how digital products are built and supported
