The Execution Planner plays a critical role in the short-term execution planning for Home Care production at the Minburi Factory. This position bridges the gap between high-level strategy and daily operations by converting the Master Production Schedule into feasible weekly and daily production plans. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure raw and packaging materials are ready, manage planning orders in SAP, and optimize inventory levels to protect service levels and reduce business waste.
This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and resource management. You will be responsible for reviewing execution performance, adjusting work plans to reflect demand changes, and coordinating recovery actions. By leading stakeholder alignment and maintaining accurate master data, you will directly contribute to the factory's productivity and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain feasible weekly and daily production schedules aligned with MPS, demand priorities, and factory constraints.
Review previous week's execution, schedule adherence, and missed outputs to coordinate recovery plans and adjust work plans.
Optimize line utilization and sequencing to improve productivity and reduce changeover losses.
Conduct capacity and resource planning, including line loading and manpower requirements, in coordination with Manufacturing teams.
Execute weekly RDS planning, MRP runs, and planning output analysis to ensure material availability.
Monitor daily material delivery status and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve delivery issues.
Create, revise, and maintain production planning orders in SAP and ensure accurate planning transactions.
Manage inventory health by monitoring safety stock, stock coverage, and replenishment plans.
Coordinate with Warehouse on pallet requirements and storage planning to support inventory policies.
Support NPD, relaunches, and promotions through timely master data setup and transition risk management.
Lead stakeholder alignment by communicating schedule revisions, supply risks, and agreed decisions.
Maintain accurate planning master data in ERP and planning systems.
Track and communicate key KPIs, including service level, schedule adherence, and inventory days.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
1-3 years of experience in Production Planning & Scheduling, Material Planning, MRP, Supply Planning, or Supply Chain functions.
Strong knowledge of MRP and Inventory Management principles.
Proficiency in SAP (ERP) or equivalent systems.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Supplier and stakeholder management skills.
Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Risk assessment and contingency planning mindset.
Continuous improvement orientation.
Nice to have
Experience in the FMCG, Manufacturing, Home Care, Personal Care, Foods, or Consumer Goods industry.
SAP Certification or equivalent Supply Chain certification.
Strong leadership skills for leading stakeholder alignment.
