Pharmacist (Night Shift)

LINE MAN Wongnai is a leading on-demand delivery and lifestyle e-commerce platform in Thailand dedicated to improving the quality of life for locals. This role involves working within a cross-functional squad comprising experts from Product, Marketing, and Operations to elevate healthcare services through the Telepharmacy system. The position focuses on ensuring accuracy, safety, and responsiveness to patient needs in the digital era. You will be responsible for managing night shift operations, processing prescriptions, and providing expert pharmaceutical advice through digital channels.

• Receive and verify prescription orders through the application, distinguishing between Rx and OTC medications
• Provide consultations and screen patients via the Telepharmacy system while maintaining a detailed audit trail
• Verify prescriptions, check for drug interactions, and perform electronic signature approvals
• Control medication picking according to FEFO principles and accurately scan lot numbers
• Supervise medication packing and labeling, ensuring tamper-evident seals are applied correctly
• Perform final quality control checks with a 100% double-check process before delivery
• Coordinate delivery logistics with riders and manage customer service inquiries
• Close the shift by counting inventory and recording operational logs

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy with a valid professional license
• Ability to work night shifts (21:00 – 08:00) consistently on a rotating schedule
• High attention to detail with a primary focus on patient safety
• Proficient in using computers and digital applications
• Strong communication and consultation skills with the ability to work under pressure
