Workforce Management Executive - Shopee

This role focuses on optimizing workforce operations within the e-commerce fulfillment network. You will be responsible for overseeing third-party manpower agencies to ensure they meet strict performance standards. The position requires close collaboration with warehouse leads to address site-specific labor challenges and maintain high fulfillment rates. You will also manage vendor accountability through regular performance reviews and corrective action plans. Additionally, you will ensure strict compliance with local labor laws and company safety standards while monitoring daily staffing metrics across the network.

You will play a critical role in identifying potential labor shortages before they impact operations. This involves tracking staffing fulfillment rates and developing strategic payment schemes to incentivize better vendor performance. The role demands strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide clear reporting to senior leadership. You must be able to make quick, data-driven decisions during high-pressure periods, such as mega-campaign seasons, to maintain logistics throughput.

• Monitor and evaluate third-party manpower agencies against contractual KPIs
• Lead regular performance reviews and execute improvement plans for under-performing vendors
• Track daily and weekly staffing fulfillment rates across the warehouse network
• Develop strategic payment schemes to incentivize vendor performance
• Liaise with local Warehouse Leads to address site-specific labor challenges
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and Shopee’s internal safety standards
• Provide clear and concise reporting on network-wide staffing health to senior leadership

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing third-party service providers or high-volume blue-collar staffing
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data cleaning, pivot tables, and trend analysis
• Strong understanding of warehouse shift structures and labor availability impacts
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to hold agencies accountable
• Ability to make quick, data-driven decisions in a high-pressure environment
• Strong communication skills for executive-level reporting

• Experience in e-commerce or logistics operations
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulatory compliance in Thailand
• Experience managing agency relationships in a high-volume setting
