Field Execution Assistant Manager - Suntory

This role focuses on overseeing in-store execution to drive operational efficiency and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. You will lead and mentor a team of supervisors and business health associates to ensure consistent performance across the assigned area. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, trade, and sales, to align strategies and foster a collaborative working environment. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing operational guidelines, monitoring compliance, and analyzing competitor activities to identify commercial opportunities. You will also track key business KPIs, such as sales and productivity, and implement action plans to optimize performance against budget targets.

• Lead and develop a team of supervisors and business health associates to ensure consistent in-store execution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, trade, and sales, to align strategies and foster collaboration.
• Develop guidelines and processes to enhance store operational efficiency and streamline workflows.
• Recommend improvements to in-store execution processes and standards to ensure measurement consistency.
• Monitor and report on compliance and competitor activities to identify commercial impacts and opportunities.
• Define workforce strategies for field execution, including placement and routing, and build organizational capabilities.
• Monitor business KPIs, such as sales and productivity, and develop action plans to optimize performance against budget.

• At least 3 years of experience in sales, commercial, or support functions.
• At least 2 years of experience leading and managing a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment.
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic organization.
