• Design and architect scalable database solutions to support business growth
• Optimize database performance and ensure high availability of critical systems

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in database engineering, architecture, or administration
• Strong proficiency in Oracle Database and advanced SQL skills
• Proven experience in data modeling, warehousing, and performance tuning
• Deep understanding of database security, backup, and recovery procedures
• Experience with ETL tools and data integration platforms

• Experience with cloud-based database services (AWS RDS, Azure SQL)
• Knowledge of big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark)
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry
