Senior Associate, Change Management - Shopee

This role focuses on leading end-to-end project planning for new initiatives, with a primary emphasis on manpower planning automation projects. You will translate operational requirements into structured project plans, timelines, and resource plans while analyzing current processes to identify opportunities for automation and digitalization. The position involves identifying risks and system impacts to develop mitigation plans and driving the implementation of automated solutions, including system rollout and process redesign.

The Operations team at Shopee covers the entire operational end-to-end process, from when a buyer searches for a product to the moment they receive it. The team analyzes and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when performance fluctuates. This role requires strong collaboration with various operational units to ensure smooth transitions and effective change management.

• Lead end-to-end project planning for new initiatives, focusing on manpower planning automation projects
• Translate operational requirements into structured project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource plans
• Analyze current manpower planning processes to identify opportunities for automation and digitalization
• Identify risks, system impacts, and change requirements, and develop comprehensive mitigation plans
• Drive the implementation of automated manpower planning solutions, including system rollout and process redesign

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management, Strategic Planning, Change Management, or Operational Improvement
• Strong understanding of manpower planning models, data analysis, and operational improvement methodologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
