Graduate Development Program Associate

This two-year Graduate Development Program (GDP) offers a structured pathway for recent graduates to immerse themselves in the core functions of a leading e-commerce and digital financial services platform. Participants will rotate through six-month stints in diverse business areas, including Business Development, Business Intelligence, Financial Products, Marketing, Operations, and Product Management. The program emphasizes practical experience, allowing graduates to drive high-impact local projects and develop a comprehensive understanding of the business landscape. By the end of the rotation cycle, participants will have built a robust professional foundation and expanded their network across the organization.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline
• No more than 2 years of full-time working experience as of September 1, 2026
• Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and be resourceful in a dynamic environment

• Possess strong communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and effectively
