Affiliate Marketing Project Manager - Shopee

This role focuses on driving the growth of Shopee's affiliate marketing ecosystem, with a specific emphasis on Creator growth and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) management. You will be responsible for developing and executing targeted paid social media advertising campaigns across major platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and X to maximize affiliate traffic volume. The position involves defining and implementing growth projects for Shopee's KOL Affiliates, requiring close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project delivery and performance optimization.

You will manage the full lifecycle of affiliate marketing initiatives, from planning and resource allocation to execution and performance analysis. This includes conducting deep-dive analyses of the KOL landscape and performance trends to set targets and formulate effective growth strategies. You will utilize data pools and metrics to create dashboards and provide actionable insights for decision-making, while continuously monitoring and driving project KPIs to meet business objectives. The role also requires coordinating cross-functional projects with key stakeholders, including the KOL Core Team and KAMs, to contribute to the company's overall business strategy and long-term goals.

• Develop and execute targeted paid social media advertising campaigns across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and X to maximize affiliate traffic volume
• Define, implement, and execute affiliate growth projects for Shopee's KOL Affiliates
• Manage project timelines, expectations, tasks, and resources to ensure successful delivery
• Conduct deep-dive analysis of the KOL landscape and performance trends to set targets and plan effective growth strategies
• Utilize data pools and metrics to create dashboards and provide insights and performance reporting to facilitate decision-making
• Monitor and drive project KPIs to meet defined targets
• Coordinate and roll out projects with key stakeholders, including the KOL Core Team, KOL Lead KAM, and KOL KAM
• Contribute to the development of overall business strategy and long-term goals

• At least 2 years of work experience, with a plus if you have prior experience in a project management role
• Structured thinker capable of planning end-to-end execution of initiatives and assessing their effectiveness
• Logical thinker able to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
• Solid knowledge and understanding of affiliate programs and product management is a plus
• Excellence in using Microsoft Office Excel or Google Sheets
• Creative thinking combined with strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
