Senior Product Strategy & Vision - KBank

You will lead the product vision and strategy for AiNU, an AI-powered digital identity verification platform. You will own the product backlog and translate business needs into clear user stories. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive Agile product development and ensure high-quality delivery. You will gather customer insights and conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for innovation. You will act as a bridge between stakeholders, customers, and engineering teams to ensure alignment. You will drive successful product launches in partnership with Sales and Marketing teams. You will monitor product performance using KPIs and continuously optimize the user experience. You will stay up to date with industry trends and regulatory requirements.

You will define and drive the product roadmap for AI-powered identity verification solutions. You will make informed product decisions by balancing customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility. You will collaborate with AI/ML engineers, developers, and UX teams to deliver customer-centric products. You will gather customer insights and identify opportunities for product growth. You will ensure clear communication and alignment across all teams. You will drive successful product launches and optimize the product experience based on feedback.

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered identity verification solutions
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating business needs into clear user stories
• Lead Agile product development by partnering with cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, developers, UX, and QA teams
• Gather customer insights and conduct market and competitor analysis
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, customers, and engineering teams
• Make informed product decisions by balancing customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility
• Drive successful product launches in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
• Monitor product performance using KPIs and customer feedback
• Stay up to date with industry trends, AI/ML advancements, and regulatory requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role
• Proven track record managing products through full lifecycle from concept to launch
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience working with AI/ML products, identity verification, security, or fintech solutions preferred
• Strong technical background with understanding of software development and API integrations
• Understanding of identity verification standards, KYC/eKYC processes, and fraud prevention technologies
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations, security compliance, and industry standards (ISO, iBeta, GDPR, PDPA)

• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, computer vision, or biometric technologies
• Experience in a fintech environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment
